You will need to check the requirements of the supermarkets you intend to sell your products to. Some of the major stores like Walmart are GS1 Alliance members and will only accept barcode numbers issued and registered to your company accompanying a certificate from GS1.

Once you have confirmation that your retailer of your products is not a GS1 alliance partner you will be able to order our Buy A Unique upc barcode number service. In the event your retailer is a GS1 Alliance member then you will need to contact GS1 to organise your barcode membership first.
